Position Overview

The D5 Group seeks a personable and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing strategies across diverse projects. This role involves coordinating campaigns, managing content, and ensuring deliverables meet project deadlines. You will collaborate with our talented marketing squad to uphold D5 Group’s recognized standard of excellence in marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination & Execution

Campaign Coordination
Implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
Work with designers and writers to produce on-brand materials
Ensure timelines and deliverables are met

Content Management

Proofread and organize content for campaigns
Maintain consistent messaging and visuals across all mediums

Reporting & Insights

Gather and organize performance data from campaigns
Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Identify trends in campaign metrics to recommend improvements

Administrative Support

Manage the marketing calendar to align with project schedules
Organize team meetings and maintain project documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or related roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and ClickUp
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively

Familiarity with Northeast Ohio’s nonprofit and municipal sectors
